These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sentric website, content, contact forms, strategy-call requests, and related online materials. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Sentric provides B2B AI transformation, workflow automation, internal copilot, reporting, and enterprise intelligence services. Paid consulting, pilots, implementation work, managed services, or other client engagements are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
Sentric services
Sentric helps organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable adoption by enabling teams, identifying high-impact opportunities, and building practical AI systems around real business workflows.

Website descriptions are general information only. Specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, fees, ownership terms, and support obligations must be documented in a written proposal or engagement agreement.
Website inquiries and user responsibilities
When you submit a form, book a call, or contact Sentric, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are authorized to share the business context you provide.
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, credentials, highly sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential third-party information, or client/customer data unless you have the right to share it and appropriate safeguards or agreements are in place.
You are responsible for decisions made by your organization based on discussions, website materials, proposals, AI outputs, dashboards, workflows, or recommendations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Engagement agreements and payment
If Sentric agrees to provide paid services, the commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, or similar document. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed or accepted engagement terms control for that engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party is responsible for its own taxes, approvals, access permissions, internal stakeholders, third-party tool costs, and cooperation needed to complete the engagement.
AI systems, integrations, and outcomes
Sentric may help design or implement AI workflows, assistants, automations, reporting systems, and integrations involving tools such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Power BI, n8n, SQL Server, cloud AI platforms, and other third-party systems.
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or unsuitable outputs. Clients should review AI-assisted outputs before using them for business, employment, legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, regulated, or high-impact decisions.
Case studies, metrics, examples, and statements about workload reduction, retrieval speed, or system unification are illustrative examples, not guaranteed outcomes.
Confidentiality and client materials
Website inquiries are handled with reasonable care, but submitting a message through this website does not by itself create a formal confidential, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. Formal confidentiality obligations must be agreed in writing.
Client materials remain owned by the client or their licensors. Sentric may use client materials only as needed to evaluate, scope, deliver, support, or improve the agreed services, subject to the applicable engagement agreement.
Do not send production credentials, private keys, passwords, or unrestricted system access through website forms or ordinary email.
Intellectual property and third-party tools
The website, page copy, designs, graphics, logos, code, templates, and other site materials are owned by Sentric or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate engagement agreement, Sentric retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable components, templates, prompts, workflows, connectors, code libraries, and general learning. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights are handled in the applicable engagement agreement.
Third-party platforms, APIs, AI models, cloud services, CRM tools, analytics tools, scheduling tools, and integrations are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers, liability, governing law, and contact
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentric disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption arising from website use.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or dispute forums in Sri Lanka will have jurisdiction unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
